Stonebridge UMC Game Night

Saturday, September 26 • 5-8 p.m.

Bring the whole family out for a night of food and fun! All proceeds benefit our growing Children’s Ministry.

This event will have it all!

  • Adults can enjoy board games, table games, a mini-silent auction, college football games, poker and black jack (no gambling) and delicious snacks.

  • Teens will be entertained with games, a movie, music and crafts.

  • Kids will enjoy playtime and snacks.

Admission Fees:

  • Adult Admission is $30/person and includes dinner in the RAC from 5-6:30 p.m., access to a mini-silent auction, access to games in the RAC, and snacks.

  • Adult Premium Admission is $40/person and includes dinner/snacks in the Quad Room from 5-7:30 p.m., access to a mini-silent auction, access to watch college football, access to poker and black jack tables and a starter set of chips worth $50, and non-alcoholic Bloody Marys and margaritas.

  • Teen Volunteer Admission (13+) for those willing to help with the children is FREE and includes a meal, snacks, and youth activities in the Upper Alley while not volunteering.

  • Teen Non-Volunteer Admission (13+) for those who aren’t volunteering is $5 (with a family limit of $15) and includes a meal, snacks, and youth activities in the Upper Alley.

  • Child Admission is free until September 6. and includes a meal, snacks and playtime in the children’s rooms. Beginning September 7, Child Admission is $5. Child must be accompanied by a parent or adult.

Add-ons:

  • Reserve delivery of a charcuterie appetizer board (feeds 4-6) during the event for $60. Deadline to order is September 20.

  • Premier Admission Poker/Black Jack chip add-on. Cost is $5 for $20 worth of chips.

  • Extra event tickets that can be used for dirty sodas (5 tickets), soda pop or juice (1 ticket), or advantage cards for RAC table games, such as “get out of jail free”. Tickets are $1/each.

More details:

  • All attendees will enter at the RAC entrance. Adults, teens and children will receive registration bracelets.

  • You are welcome to bring your own board game or puzzle.

 

Dinner/Snacks in the RAC will include:

  • Cheese or pepperoni pizza

  • Pork BBQ sliders

  • Chips

  • Cookie/brownie

  • Bottled water

  • Snacks (popcorn, snack mix, candy)

Dinner/Snacks in the Quad Room will include:

  • Buffalo wings with carrot sticks, celery and blue cheese dressing

  • Beef hot dogs with condiments

  • Nachos

  • Chips

  • Cookies/brownies

  • Bottled water

  • Non-alcoholic margaritas and bloody marys

  • Table snacks available:  popcorn, snack mix, candy

Online registration will close at 4 p.m. on September 26. You can register in person starting at 5 p.m. at the church.
