HOW DO YOU GET INVOLVED?
We hope you will find a small group where you can connect with others and grow in your faith. If you can’t attend a group every week, don’t let that deter you from joining one! Be present as you are able.
E-mail the contact person if you’d like to participate or for more information.
Lent Studies
Join Pastor Jana for a Lent study based on the book “An Unlikely Lent” by Rachel Billups.
Step into the story of Easter to notice the unexpected – in the silence, the side characters, and the questions. The resurrection is not just a past event, but an invitation into something new. Walk through this season with eyes wide open, ready to see where God is moving, even in the margins. Since the cross is not the end of the story, embrace every unlikely moment along the way.
Wednesday evenings from 6:30-8:00 pm – February 25, March 4, March 11, March 25
If you would like to participate, contact Pastor Jana (jana@mysumc.org).
Join Pastor John for a Lent study based on the book “The Message of Jesus” by Adam Hamilton.
Following along with Pastor John’s Lent message series, this study will explore Jesus’s preaching on the Kingdom of God, the Sermon on the Mount, the parables, the “I am” sayings in John, and more. Jesus's message is not only life-changing, but world-changing.
Wednesday evenings from 6:30-8:00 pm – February 25, March 4, March 11, March 25
If you would like to participate, contact Pastor John.
