Stonebridge United Methodist Church is well known across the community for it's amazing music ministry. From the beautiful sounds of the Celebration Handbells, to the heavenly voices of the Celebration Choir, to the bongo drums in The Bridge, to the tender voices of the children's choirs, the music ministry draws our hearts closer to God through the powerful music it provides
Led by Buddy Mattei, Director of Music Ministries, the Celebration Choir is primarily responsible for providing special music for Celebration services, memorial services, and special occasions. All are welcome to join this amazing group of talented singers, regardless of experience level. Practices are held Wednesday nights at 7 p.m., and are open to all adults college-age and older. This group of talented musicians perform for selected Celebration services and for special Easter and Christmas presentations. The Celebration Handbells meet every Wednesday night at 8:30 p.m. Adults interested in this group should have previous experience in instrumental ensemble, piano, or choir. It is very important that these members be able to count basic eighth-note rhythms. Dedicated attendance is essential to this popular ensemble's success. Contact Buddy Mattei for more information.
Led by Marla Basta, Musical Assistant, the Celebration Band provides the instrumental accompaniment for Celebration services and many other special functions throughout the year. The incredibly talented group of musicians are professional instrumentalists with extensive experience performing in a wide variety of musical styles. Band members must be able to sight-read standard notation, chord notation, and perform with very little rehearsal. The Bridge Band brings a unique and diverse musical flare to The Bridge service. Professional musician and RCA recording artist, D-MAC, leads the service each week with various praise songs (and his own amazing compositions) accompanied by electric guitars, drums, keyboards and more! Upper Ally Singers (grades 8-12)
The Upper Alley Singers are students grades 8th-12th that perform in various church events and services. Ascend Choir (grades 6-7)

Whole Notes (grades 4-5)
The Whole Notes choir performs during worship services and church-wide special events. This wonderful group of 4th - 5th graders meets on Sundays from 1-2:30 p.m. in the Upper Alley. Half Notes (grades 1-3)

Grace Notes (preschool-Kindegarten)
The heart-warming Grace Notes are made of 3-year-olds through Kindergarteners who perform during Celebration Services.
