Local Missions

Stonebridge UMC supports the following local mission projects:

Meals on Wheels-   In October, we will begin our Harvest Boxes drive to collect food for our Meals on Wheels participants to have over the holidays.  Each box comes with a shopping list equaling approx. $35 worth of groceries. You can take a box and shop the list yourself, or donate $35 and we will do the shopping for you!  Contact Sharon Boswell with questions.

Drivers are also needed to deliver meals to our loved senior citizens in McKinney.

Adopt a School : "Hands and Hearts with Malvern Elementary"- Our church family has partnered with McKinney's 3E program to adopt Malvern Elementary school providing love and support the schools students, faculty and staff throughout the school year.  There are many areas to volunteer in.

Malvern School Supply Drive:  Please help us collect much needed school supplies for our friends at Malvern.  Click here to download a supply list and return all supplies to the church by August 8!  Or, you can make a monetary donation by indicating "Malvern Elementary" in the memo line of your check. Thank you for your wonderful support of this ministry!

Please contact Carol Dean with questions or to become a Malvern volunteer.

Habitat for Humanity- The Second Saturday of each month is Stonebridge UMC Build days.  All experience levels welcome!
