We currently have a wait list to sign-up for VBC due to the low numbers of adult volunteers.  If you want to sign-up as a volunteer, please contact Jaime Worley at jaimeworley@gmail.com or call 214-726-1820.  Once you are signed-up as a volunteer, you will be able to register your child/children.  Sorry for the inconvenience.

Required Documents and Forms
Please review and print the below forms.  These forms must be completed and returned to complete the registration process.

Criminal Back Ground Check Form - ALL volunteers MUST complete this form

Authorization for Emergency Medical Care - If a parent or guardian of a child being registered for VBC is not the person entering the information online, then the attached form must be signed by that parent and turned into the church prior to the start of VBC.
